Grain Cleaning

· Grading of grain based on size, length and specific gravity. Triple cleaning process ensures that there are very few foreign seeds that cannot be removed.

Certified Seed

· Registered shed capable of processing certified seed to international standards (ISTA).

Seed Treatment

· Fully automated seed coating facility which accurately delivers an even coating of chemicals over the grain.

Packing

· Export Outloading facility capable of packing 750 ton per week. Coorow Seeds are capable of delivering grain in bulk, bulka bags and bags.

Scarifying

· Scarifying machine which is capable of enhancing the germination of hard seeded species

De-hulling

· De-hulling machine which removes hulls from the grain

Milling

· Hammer mill capable of milling to customer specifications.

Export

· Registered Export Establishment under a Compliance Agreement with AQIS and capable of filling shipping containers with bulk grain and high value bagged seed.

Storage & Distribution

· Under agreement will store grain in a secure 1000t shed and 100t bulk silos.

· Ideally located for distribution in the Northern Agricultural Region of WA.

· Wholesale accounts with seed and grain brokers provides access to crop and pasture species

· Grower network provides access to large volumes of free to trade varieties

· Links to wholesalers and retailers with national distribution and marketing networks

· Value added grain product for feed merchants and farmers

· Members of Australian Seed Federation assures that operations are in line with current legislative and industry requirements.

Consultants

· Experienced agronomists for quality assured production of seed

· Trained consultant in SQF1000/2000 systems and HACCP

Seed Dressings

· Access to supplies of Trace element, Fungicide, Pesticide and other seed coatings.

Protein

· ALKM—Lupin Kernel Meal. High quality source of non GMO vegetable protein. Used internationally in aqua feed rations.
