Seed and Grain Dispatch

Coorow Seeds weight notepads are available please enquire with any staff member.

To ensure that you are not held up when picking up your seed it is advisable that you call prior to arrival.  Bookings are not required and arrangements can be altered to mutual satisfaction.

Bulk Outloading

1. All truck weights to be tared prior to dispatch
2. Trucks are checked for foreign material prior to loading
3. All loads are to be tarped prior to leaving site
4. All loads are to be checked for leaks and spills prior to leaving site
5. Please return to office with gross weights, call on UHF 18 or mobile

Bagged

1. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that legal loading limit are not exceeded.
2. All seed and grain dispatched on plain pallets.  A fee of $15/pallet applies.  Pallets can be returned for credit against account.  Pallets must be in 'fit' condition.

All grain dispatches are recorded in the Dispatch book and the customer receives the white copy.  This states the date of dispatch, to whom it was given, on what date for each individual seed lot.

Seed Analysis Statements are available on request or you can print them off the website.
