Grain Receival

Coorow Seeds weight notepads are available please enquire with any staff member.

    Weights

        All loads must be weighed prior to entry onto Site. 

        Tare weights to be provided after grain is received.

    Grid Capacity

        Grain for grading - is received into the grid.

        Grid capacity is  60t/hr.

    Contamination

        All grain is sampled on entry to site for signs of contamination from

               - weevils / insects

               - pickled grain

               - noxious weeds

    JOB Sheets

On receipt of grain Coorow Seeds will allocate a JOB Number.  This job number will be associated with all processing of this grain while on site and during any testing or sales.

Any instructions from the customer regarding the grading of this grain should be carefully recorded on the Job Sheet, along with weights, pickling requirements and packaging instructions.

The Job Sheet will record the tonnage or number of hours taken to do the job.  Any comments regarding the quality of the grain or the quality of the seconds that are taken off should be noted under the comments.
